Founder and Managing Director
Laragh founded Wolf Medical in 2022, launching the highly successful Elevating Medical Affairs Strategy workshops. With over a decade of cross-therapeutic medical affairs experience in Ireland and UK, during which time she qualified MSc in Pharmaceutical Medicine. Since then she has gone on to launch a number of CPD accredited courses through Wolf Medical.
Laragh has worked in and with top Pharmaceutical Companies providing guidance and support on Medical and Cross-functional strategy, training on strategic skill sets. Her roles as a final signatory and a compliance consultant deepened her understanding of brand teams' challenges.
Laragh’s background in compliance, as a final IPHA signatory, helps her understand the challenges you face. Laragh believes in building strong sustainable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders leading to delivery of successful cross- functional initiatives throughout the lifecycle of a Medicine. Laragh has also been a guest speaker on Medical Affairs and Medical Affairs Strategy.
As a qualified Coach she supports leaders and individuals achieve their potential.
She has lectured on Medical Strategy to the Dip/MSc in Pharmaceutical Medicine course in Trinity College Dublin. She is a lecturer in Kings College in London on Medical Affairs Strategy.
In 2025 Laragh was awarded honorary membership of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine (MFPM(Hon)) based on her contributions to the field.
